未成年人网络素养提升系列短片正式发布了！
为切实履行保护未成年人身心健康的重要职责，深入推进“护苗”专项行动，针对当前未成年人上网用网过程中存在的突出问题，全国“扫黄打非”办公室联合中央网信办综治局、最高人民检察院未成年人检察厅、中国网络社会组织联合会，共同策划制作了面向广大未成年人的网络素养提升系列短片《向阳启航“护苗”在行动》，旨在增强未成年人科学、文明、安全、合理使用网络的意识和能力。

短片共5集，分别就网络诈骗、网络沉迷、网络暴力、诱导消费和个人信息泄露等当前未成年人上网用网面临的5个最普遍问题，剖析套路、提示风险，提供解决问题的方式及路径。短片从现实生活中的真实案例切入，以未成年人视角展开，采用未成年人喜闻乐见的“真人拍摄＋动画”方式制作，内容兼具故事性、知识性与趣味性。该系列短片由腾讯承制。
“护苗”工作是全社会的共同责任，日前，国务院正式发布《未成年人网络保护条例》，11月9日下午，在世界互联网大会乌镇峰会未成年人网络保护论坛上，联合制作单位对短片进行了共同发布，希望能给予未成年人有益的借鉴和指导！
接下来，全国“扫黄打非”办公室还将围绕未成年人上网、用网面临的淫秽色情信息、隔空猥亵、网络谣言等其他突出问题制作后续短片。
